In 1955, C.S. Lewis surmised in a letter to Mrs. Johnson, that  motherhood is "the job for which all others exist." If motherhood is the ultimate purpose of human enterprise, at Utah Legal Advocates, families are our reason for being.  We represent mothers,  fathers, employees and employers, buyers and sellers, executives and shareholders and defend their interests and those of their children because we believe families best serve the public interest and are the optimal guardians of childhood.  We prepare paternity actions, adoptions, guardianships, pre-  and post-nuptial agreements,  because we believe in your right to create and re-create families that best meet your needs and serve your circumstances.  We file divorces,  protective orders, restraining orders and stalking injunctions, because we understand that family relations can become irreparably twisted and dysfunctional and we believe in your right to terminate relationships that have become counter-productive and harmful to you and those you love.
